You are welcome to explore the land around Durian House. If you are staying in Primrose 1 you have a private courtyard and Primrose 2 has use if a picnic table in the garden in front. The Stables has a large private area in front and direct access to the meadows surrounding it.Â

TRAVEL COT

We can provide a travel cot for the duration of your stay. Made with fresh sheets ready for your arrival.
It is steam cleaned between uses for hygiene.
BABY SITTING

Wanting an evening out without worrying about your children? We offer a babysitting service during your stay tailored to suit your needs.Â
Please ensure we have at least 24 hours' notice.
FOUR LEGGED FRIENDS
£5 per night
We love enabling our guests to bring their dogs away with them.
We do however ask that your dog is kept on a lead and cleaned up after and not left alone on the property.
We offer a dog walking service if you need to leave your dog behind while you go to the beach.
KINDLING ANDÂ LOGS

Each of our properties have a log burner which you are welcome to use.
We can provide you with kindling and wood.

LAUNDRY SERVICE

Should you need washing to be done during your stay we have a laundry service.
Put your washing into the laundry bag provided.
Either leave it on your doorstep or inside the door if raining or you are going out.

We will return your washing ready to hang up to dry.
HIGH CHAIR
Free of charge
If you would like to arrange for the use of a high chair please let us know.
Both Primrose 1 and Primrose 2 have high chairs in the dining room, however, the Stables will need to have one provided for your stay.
DOG WALKING
From £10
During the summer sadly many beaches do not allow dogs. We do not want your dog left for long days at your holiday cottage but do not want to stop you from going to the beach!
Therefore we offer a dog walking service so you can leave your dog and go out and enjoy the day.
EARLY CHECK IN
From £20 to arrive a few hours early
We can only offer early check-ins with a prior agreement. During the high season we can only ensure one of the three properties is ready so we agree it on a first come first serves basis.

EXTRA LINEN

Should you need extra towels or bed linen during your stay please just ask. There is an additional charge to cover the laundry costs starting at £10
MAKING PAYMENTS
For payment, you will be provided with an invoice and payment details on arrival. The bill is to be settled before the end of your stay.
All payments are to be made either via BACS or Paypal.
