WHAT TIME CAN WE CHECK-IN?
Your accommodation will be ready for you from 4 pm. You are welcome to arrive at any time to access the property.
HOW DO WE ACCESS THE PROPERTY?
Each property has a key safe by the front door. The code is 1108 to access your key.
CAN I ARRANGE AN EARLY CHECK IN?
During the high season, we can sometimes accommodate one early check-in on a Saturday. However, this will need to be pre-arranged and on a first come first serve basis!
In the mid and low seasons, we can usually accommodate an early check-in as long as this is pre-arranged.
We charge an additional £20 for a pre-arranged early check-in.
The property will then be ready from midday.

WHAT DO WE NEED TO BRING?
Our properties have everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Fresh bed linen and bath towels will be ready for you, as well as shampoo and shower gel, hand soap and moisturiser.

We are self-catering, which means we provide you with a fully equipped kitchen, and you bring your own food! You will also need to bring your beach towels.

CAN I ARRANGE A HIGH CHAIR AND COT?
Of course! Please take a look at our 'Guest Extras' page in the 'Guest Area' and then just let us know what you would like us to have ready for you.
CAN I ORGANISE A FOOD DELIVERY?
Of course! Asda, Tesco, Sainsbury's and Waitrose delivery to our postcode. Please do not arrange for it to arrive before you do! However, if there is an issue we will of course be here to help.
DIRECTIONS
SAT NAV: TR3 7DD
From Exeter (Approx. 96 miles / 1 hour 50 minutes)
A30 Westbound Carland Cross roundabout
2nd exit onto the A39 (towards Truro)
Follow the A39 through Truro (towards Falmouth)
Treliever roundabout (double roundabout) take the 2nd exit and then the 3rd exit onto the A394 (towards Helston)
On entering the village of Long Downs take the unsigned right turning after the speed camera
Follow the road past Blastclean on the left, and then a farm shed with a green roof on the left. This road is narrow and windy.
The road then bends sharply to the right.
For THE STABLES take the next entrance on your left signed Durian Barn and follow the driveway down.
For PRIMROSE 1 AND PRIMROSE 2 take the left after Durian Barn signed Durian House. As you enter the driveway the parking area is on your left. There is clearly marked parking for each property.
PARKING: There is one parking space designated for each holiday let. This is clearly denoted with signage in the driveway. Please park respectfully remember there are other guests and this is our private house.

NOTE: The lane to Durian House is narrow and there are limited passing places - all part of the Cornish charm! However, if arriving in the dark you might find it harder to navigate. The track to The Stables is very bumpy and our driveway has high curbs to prevent winter flooding.

CHECKING OUT
WHAT TIME DO WE NEED TO LEAVE BY?
We kindly ask that our guests leave by 10 am. This allows us to ensure everything is cleaned thoroughly, any repairs made and the gardens tended to before our next guests arrive.
BEFORE LEAVING
Please can you kindly do the following before leaving,
Strip the beds and put the linen in the laundry bag.
Place used towels and tea towels in the laundry bag.
Empty the kitchen and bathroom bins into the outside black bin.
Empty the dishwasher.
We really appreciate you leaving your property as clean as you found it. Thank you.
CAN I ARRANGE A LATE CHECK OUT?
We cannot accommodate a later leaving time. This is because we need enough time to carry out a full clean before our next guests arrive.
I HAVE FOOD LEFT OVER!
Please do not throw away food that you are not taking home. If you leave it on the side in the kitchen our cleaners to deal with it.

We really value feedback from our guests. We invite you to leave a review on Airbnb. If there is anything that you have not been happy with please talk to us so we can rectify it during your stay or make the changes for the future.
